Talks at CUI 2023 in Eindhoven

Spencer and Nikoletta Ventoura (Ufonia) were on hand at CUI 2023 - the International ACM Conversational User Interfaces conference in Eindhoven.

Spencer gave a position paper as part of the workshop 'Is CUI Design Ready Yet?'. He discussed the benefits of moving away from writing naturalistic dialogue as conversational user interface scripts, moving towards a design approach that builds on analysis of naturally occurring interactional data.

With Nikoletta, Spencer presented a separate paper on applying Conversation Analysis to Conversation Design.
