Komazawa University

Spencer was invited to give a public lecture at Komazawa University in Japan. The lecture set out how conversational AI product user testing alone is not sufficient to gauge how users - especially ones working in a second language - behave when using the system. The talk was attended by students, staff and external members of the public.
