Delivering Workshop at Google HQ London

Adam and Spencer delivered a workshop on Conversation Analysis for Conversation Design at Google HQ in London, November 1st, 2023. Together with Google Senior conversation designer Peter Hodgson giving a really insightful talk on the development of interaction design in Google, and James Godwin an excellent introduction to Ufonia’s Dora product, Adam and Spencer led a short workshop on how Conversation Analytic insights and approaches to the analysis of Conversation Design data can help Conversation Designers and engineers develop a better Conversational User Interface.
